Join us for a six-course culinary experience celebrating the season, local flavors, and the incredible wines of Forge Cellars, presented by special guest Rick Rainey.
Our curated menu includes:
*Savory Chive & Gruyère Gougères, *Classic Pain de Poisson with Crème Fraîche & Chives, *Warm Salad of Roasted Beets, Haricots Verts, Frisée & Watercress with blue cheese, and a poached quail egg, *Crispy Duck Breast with Pennsylvania black cherry & green peppercorn sauce, Pommes Anna, and wilted chard, *Herb-Crusted Beef Tenderloin over parsnip purée, with wild mushroom ragout and crispy shallots, *Calvados-Poached Apple Tarte Fine with crème fraîche Chantilly & walnut praline

Father’s Day Brunch
Please mark your calendars for our annual Father’s Day Brunch on Sunday, June 15th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. RSVP required. We will have a full brunch buffet featuring our fabulous quiche, city chicken, mini sliders, our signature shrimp, granola parfaits, salads, waffles, fruits, pastries, and so much more! $50/person–credit card required to hold your spot, and a 48-hour cancellation is required. Wine with Canines! Thursday, June 19th, 6-8 p.m. Join author and creator of “Snarky Bark – Treats with Attitude” Karin Roseman, and fellow furry friends in the CP Café garden to learn about healthy eating for dogs! Leashed canine pals welcomed! Take a peek at our new cellar! Let us know that you are coming!
Tour of Asian Fare Wine Dinner
Saturday, June 21st, 2025, 6–8:30 p.m. Join us as we explore the diverse culinary offerings of Asia, paired with wines from our café cellar. 6-course dinner featuring: Chinese shrimp and pork dumplings, Taiwanese cucumber salad, Vietnamese pho, Japanese chawanmushi, Korean fried chicken, and Thai mango sticky rice. We will be outside in the garden, weather permitting. RSVP required. $125/person.

Call to Post!! It’s that time of the year to enjoy one of our favorite pastimes!We are excited to host a Kentucky Derby Wine tasting celebration on Saturday, May 3rd, beginning at 5 pm. Enjoy mint juleps, and Alex of Vintage Imports will share fabulous wines paired with five fabulous food presentations, including one in our new cellar!
